一、 特点：Ⅲ线是由上料架、调平压筋机、冲尖口和冲方
口油压机、液压剪板机、液压折边机所组成。电器控制部分采用
全电脑控制，该控制系统具有闭环反馈系统，生产精度和稳定性
明显提高。其最大工作速度为16米/分。长度误差为±0.5mm，对
角线误差±0.8mm。具有自动化程度高、省人工、高效率、省材料
的优点，非常适合风管加工厂专业制作批量风管。
Line Ⅲ consists of material feeding frame,leveler
grooving rolls,hydraulic notching and punching square
equipment and hydraulic folder.The electrical is
controlled by computer.This control system has loop
feedback system,with higher manufacturing precision and
stability.The maximum work speed is ±16m/min,The length
rolerance is ±0.5mm/m. The disgonal tolerance is ±
0.8mm/m.It is highly efficiency and automatic and also
save material.it is very sutiable for mass production of
square duct
